" While the decorative arts, from Central Asia and Ottoman Empire to present time, were about to be disappear, revive again and survive with the help of personal and organizational efforts within contemporary way of understanding. For the design of traditional arts, it may be possible to act out of the borders of tradition and adapt them to present age through the differences in colours and motifs. By benefiting from different colours original performances can be achieved for the first time."
