Nurya Çakır Camcı received lessons from Fuat Başar, Sadrettin Özçimi and Gülden Güldamar and has been performing the art of paper marbling since 1995.

In addition to Gezgin Sanat Evi, she serves as a teacher of paper marbling in Yeni Nesil, Mavi Kuş and Çiçek Bahçesi kindergartens.

She knows Arabic and English (Intermediate level)

She attended paper marbling exhibition and workshop of Pasifica Institute settled in Los Angeles in 2008.
